Solar Panel Installer

Job Description:

A vacancy has arisen for a team member for our fast-paced enterprise that is devoted to setting up a solar field that generates 175MW and sprawls across 1798 acres with 235,000 panels. The post entails installing solar panels, setting up mechanical structures, tightening bolts and fixtures, overseeing wire management, fixing inverters, digging trenches, bending conduits, organizing materials, and performing other physical tasks. This assignment is extensive as it will stretch for more than a year, necessitating dedication to an eight-hour shift every day.

Job Type:

The available post will require an employee on a contractual basis for a period of one year. In the wintertime when snow falls heavily, work will be suspended until the arrival of spring.

Work Environment:

The construction site is situated in a mountainous terrain whereby operations are interrupted during severe snowfall and resumed when the weather improves in spring.
