Job Description:

As a Staff Member at Five Guys, you will play a versatile and essential role in supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position involves assisting with food preparation, taking and serving customer orders, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and providing excellent customer service. A Staff Member must be flexible, reliable, and ready to support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

• Take accurate orders and process payments.

• Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.

• Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients.

• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required training is provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
