Job Description:

Our precision machine opportunities for skilled Fabricator / Press Brake Operator on our 1st Shift team. We're an industry leader, specializing in services such as high-quality turning, grinding, and milling. We have a remarkable track record of supplying parts for major Aerospace corporations, as well as providing parts for Defense branches both directly and as a sub-tier supplier. The ideal candidate will not be responsible for welding as all welding responsibilities are delegated to our contract worker.

The job of a press brake operator/fabricator involves using specialized equipment to shape and form metal sheets into the desired product

Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques accrued over a 2-year period
• Adept at utilizing strong math skills to calculate bend allowances and develop part programs ensuring proper material usage and minimum wastage
• The ability to decipher engineering designs is a critical aptitude in a range of fields
• The job type we're offering is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity that lasts for six months.
• You would be required to work from the company's Office Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment:

The first shift is currently seeking applicants for a climate-controlled warehouse position. The work schedule includes 10 hour days on Monday through Thursday, with hours from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. On Fridays, the shift is 8.5 hours with a 6:00 am start, and Saturday overtime is optional
