Stock Associate

Job Overview

As a Stock Brand Ambassador, you are the expert at keeping product moving efficiently from the stockroom to the salesfloor. You support shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising while maintaining AEO Brand Standards. The stockroom is your home base, but you’re always ready to step onto the salesfloor to assist your team and ensure every guest has a great experience. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenishments, markdowns, and merchandising tasks with accuracy and speed.

• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe stockroom environment for merchandise, marketing props, and fixtures.

• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take action to improve presentation.

• Support teammates and step in to assist with non-stock tasks or guest service when needed.

• Follow AEO’s asset protection, safety standards, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Prior stock or backroom experience preferred.
