Position Summary

As a Stock Supervisor, you lead and oversee the stock team to ensure merchandise is efficiently received, organized, and replenished. You play a critical role in maintaining store operations, visual standards, and inventory accuracy, while supporting sales performance and delivering a guest-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the stock team to efficiently receive, process, and organize merchandise.

• Ensure inventory is accurately tracked, stocked, and replenished on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.

• Coordinate seasonal resets, merchandise moves, and Floorset updates.

• Maintain operational and visual standards to support a positive guest experience.

• Collaborate with sales and store leadership teams to meet store performance goals.

• Monitor compliance with safety, asset protection, and company policies.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to stock team members to maintain high performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or stockroom leadership experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift, carry, and manage merchandise as required.

• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
