Job Summary of Storage Facility Representative:

As a Storage Facility Representative, you will be an integral part of a cohesive team that represents U-Haul Company's outstanding service by guaranteeing that customers receive comprehensive support throughout their endeavors, which includes equipment inspection and maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for aiding customers by leveraging the latest technology for equipment dispatch and retrieval. This position emphasizes practical learning experiences and quick recruitment and payment processes in alignment with our guiding principle.

Responsibilities of Storage Facility Representative:

• Aid the site manager in the day-to-day management of facility operations.
• Address phone queries from both active and potential clients.
• Present storage unit options, outline rental terms, and develop rental contracts.
• Complete regular property tidying and minor maintenance duties.
• Keep all vacant storage units in a clean, dry, and secure condition to welcome new tenants.
• Execute supplementary duties as instructed.
• Enroll in ongoing training programs provided by U-Haul University, with an emphasis on assisting storage customers

Qualifications of Storage Facility Representative:

• The possession of a driver's license and the competency to preserve a clear driving history
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to be present for duty on weekends and holidays
