Job Summary of Storage Operations Assistant:

As a Storage Operations Assistant, you will work as part of a support team to be the face of U-Haul Companys exceptional service ensuring that customers get all the help they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment. Additionally, you will assist customers using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. This position offers on-the-job education. Our motto is 'Hire Fast, Pay Fast.'

Responsibilities of Storage Operations Assistant:

• Back up the site manager in executing operational duties related to the facility.
• Provide information and support over the phone to customers interested in the product.
• Highlight storage unit offerings, define rental terms, and organize rental agreements.
• Perform standard property cleaning and minor maintenance chores.
• Double-check to confirm that all unused storage spaces are clean, dry, and prepared for new occupants.
• Perform tasks beyond the usual responsibilities.
• Take part in continuous U-Haul University education tailored for Storage Operations Assistants

Qualifications of Storage Operations Assistant:

• Drivers license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
