Responsibilities of Storage Service Associate:

• Provide support to the site manager in overseeing facility operations.
• Handle inbound calls from existing and new customers.
• Showcase storage facilities, clarify rental terms, and create lease agreements.
• Carry out standard property cleaning and small maintenance projects.
• Ensure that any empty storage units are clean, dry, and ready for new clients.
• Carry out any other assigned responsibilities.
• Get involved in continuous education offered by U-Haul University, focusing on Storage Service Associate clients

Qualifications of Storage Service Associate:

• Drivers license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
