Responsibilities of Storage Services Representative:

• Help facilitate the operational tasks at the site under the direction of the manager.
• Assist with telephone inquiries from customers who are considering or already using the service.
• Exhibit available storage units, describe rental conditions, and formulate leasing agreements.
• Execute routine property clean-up and minor repair tasks.
• Verify that every unoccupied storage area is spotless, moisture-free, and accessible for potential customers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.
• Participate in continuous learning initiatives facilitated by U-Haul University, concentrating on Storage Services Representative

Qualifications of Storage Services Representative:

• Having a valid driver's license and the aptitude to uphold a clean driving record
