Qualification of Store Crew Member:

• The schedule must be accommodating, requiring availability during evenings and weekends.
• Working hours are part-time and may change based on the operational needs of the business.
• It is mandatory to have or be in the process of obtaining a high school diploma or GED.
• It is recommended that applicants have three to six months of retail experience.
• Competency in basic arithmetic, reading, and spoken language is imperative.
• It is essential to be 16 years of age or older.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• In this position, there will be a regular requirement to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates applying for this role need to exhibit specific vision skills, such as the ability to see clearly both up close and far away, accurate color perception, good peripheral vision, and the capability to adjust focus accordingly.
