  • Charged with overseeing the recruitment process, facilitating onboarding, evaluating performance, and fostering the development of your store team

  • The coordination and cooperation with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team play a vital role in successful planning and executing visual merchandising strategies

  • Regular contact with team members at the store to convey messages, incentivize performance, and foster enthusiasm through daily or weekly meet-ups

  • Adhere to the recommended protocols and standards when using in-store OMNI services and technological resources, such as the Instore Care Application, Click & Collect, and Smart Store functionalities
  • Safeguard a strong equilibrium and the management of price markers in-store and throughout the retail space following instructions in line with global and local strategies & sales market/regional requirements to guarantee a robust and uniform price perception throughout the store
  • Overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of BOH spaces for the well-being and safety of all staff members
