Job Overview

As a Store Director, you oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, team leadership, operational management, and customer experience. You set strategic priorities, drive results, and ensure that your store meets both financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store leadership teams, coaching managers and associates to achieve their full potential

• Oversee store performance, including sales targets, budgets, and operational efficiency

• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development plans

• Implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation

• Monitor key performance metrics and take action to address operational gaps

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and operational best practices

• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
