Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet company objectives.

• Drive sales performance through effective planning, execution, and performance management.

• Ensure brand standards are consistently met across merchandising, visual presentation, and guest service.

• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and loss prevention.

• Build a culture of recognition, accountability, and teamwork that empowers associates.

• Partner with District and Regional leadership to align on priorities, strategies, and execution plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or fashion retail environment.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales goals, KPIs, and operational performance.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
