Job Overview

As a Store Operations Manager, you oversee the operational functions of one or multiple stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with company standards, and excellent customer service. You play a key role in supporting store leadership and optimizing store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and compliance

• Support store leadership teams in achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals

• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards

• Develop and coach store managers and associates to maximize performance and professional growth

• Monitor key operational metrics, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency

• Oversee merchandising standards, visual presentation, and loss prevention practices

• Assist in planning and implementing store initiatives and operational improvements
