Position Summary

As a Store Stock Associate, you play a vital role in keeping the store organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready. You ensure merchandise is processed, displayed, and replenished efficiently to support sales and a positive shopping experience. Your work behind the scenes directly contributes to the store’s success and helps maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Stock and organize merchandise on the salesfloor, in the stockroom, and fitting rooms according to company standards.

• Maintain visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is always guest-ready.

• Support Sales Associates and team members by replenishing inventory as needed.

• Assist with seasonal resets, merchandise moves, and Floorset updates.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including asset protection and safety standards.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and support overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as needed.

• Team-oriented and willing to assist across multiple areas of the store.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prior retail, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
