Qualification of Store Team Leader Trainee:

• Proficiency in managing and delivering leadership in customer service, education, and guidance for all retail team members.
• The priority is on enhancing retention rates by pinpointing suitable candidates, cultivating leadership skills, empowering staff members, and fostering employee engagement.
• Supervising and putting into action all merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of leveraging P&L and store reports to drive impactful transformations. Skilled in overseeing cash operations, fuel sales, and promoting our customer rewards initiative.
• Displayed proficiency in preserving a clean and secure atmosphere by following all health and sanitation guidelines to maintain the store's appearance and ensure product availability.
• Strong interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication, as well as intrapersonal aptitude.
• Expertise in computer operations, particularly in Microsoft applications like Word and Excel, is essential.
• While having a High School diploma or GED is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for individuals with a background in managing retail activities for at least twelve months.
• A valid driver's license from the state of residency must be maintained along with insurance for the duration of employment.
• The capacity to handle various responsibilities simultaneously, conduct repetitive bending, standing, and reaching movements, and occasionally lift items of up to 50 pounds.

The total compensation package, including bonuses, commissions, benefits, and other forms of remuneration, is at the discretion of 7-Eleven, Inc. unless officially awarded and subject to potential modifications in accordance with legal requirements.
