Customer Sales & Profit relates to the earnings and financial benefits associated with customer sales

• Enhance the overall customer experience in your store by maintaining visual and commercial curation according to the established guidelines
• Demonstrating a favorable and professional representation of yourself and the H&M Brand in customer engagements is crucial
• Support the Store Manager, Area Visual Manager, and Store teams in setting, executing, and evaluating store visual and commercial targets
• Supervise your VM team in orchestrating, planning, and prioritizing workload as outlined in the store activation strategy, and adapting based on business needs in partnership with the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager
• Support the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager in implementing and finalizing the latest global campaigns and sales events on time, as outlined by H&M Brand Standards
• Support in caring for garments, overseeing stock levels, and providing insights on allocation strategies to Store Management and Area teams
• Conduct an assessment of sales data (KPIs) to monitor progress, identify, and rank visual and business prospects in collaboration with the Store Management team
• The aim is to increase customer satisfaction levels by implementing efficient strategies to reach sales targets, store objectives, budget limits, and follow-up actions in coordination with the Store Management team
• Assist the Store Management team in upholding operational routines, legal requirements, communication protocols, and best practices for OMNI services by ensuring consistency and efficiency in all areas of the store

Being in tune with the latest fashion influences and trends assists individuals in curating a wardrobe that reflects their style

• Stay engaged with the fashion scene by staying informed about trends, styles, brands, and influential voices.
• Provide guidance to your visual merchandising team on the importance of setting aside time for fashion and trend awareness. By focusing on understanding trend theory and creating mood boards for styling techniques, they can better anticipate customer needs and elevate the shopping experience

Team & Development

• Lead, motivate, and educate your store staff to stay informed about seasonal shifts, fashion trends, essential visual and business updates, effective in-store communication, and customer price understanding
• Encourage the development of visual and commercial skills for the VM and Store teams to ensure a premium quality of product display and commercial presentation as per guidelines
• Support & develop daily routines and best practices for your Store team to always ensure a consistent level of visual & commercial standard while maintaining customer service engagement
• Responsible for supervising the recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, upskilling, and development of employees and newcomers in collaboration with the Store Manager and Area Team
• Create a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the success of your store
• Coordinate, offer, and conduct training in visual and commercial skills for yourself and your peers
• Confirms that Store teams finalize the Visual Competences & Commercial 4 All trainings according to the specific learning and development goals outlined for the respective regions and sales markets
• Back up Sales Market and Area teams by sourcing skilled individuals to support the expansion of store projects

Realizing visual and commercial concepts

• Overseeing the visual, commercial, and styling aspects involves planning and executing the store's visual displays, product presentation, and overall styling to align with the commercial calendar, merchandise distribution plan, store events, and trend analysis in line with visual and commercial directives
• Guide your visual merchandising team in adopting sound practices for sample picking, focusing on accurate stockroom management of garment quantities, accessories, and shoes to harmonize trend narratives with the creative and business directives
• Make sure your VM team prioritizes the adherence to visual and commercial guidelines when planning window presentations and styling to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure a consistent customer flow by maintaining the commercial layout and positioning fixtures thoughtfully to highlight trending products and create an immersive storytelling experience for shoppers
• Ensure the VM and Store team executes a strong balance and maintenance of price signs in windows and throughout the store following guidelines according to Global strategy and Sales Market requirements
• Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure that all lighting is operational and directed to emphasize our products and window displays across the store
• Ensure the sustainable maintenance and care of all display forms and interior fixtures
• Work with the Area Visual Manager to uphold and update your store navigation to align with the most recent guidelines and layout of the store
• Verify that your store possesses ample stock for sales and promotional endeavors in accordance with local conventions
• Follow the local security protocols by maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in both the sales floor and the storage area

The estimated salary range for this position is $21.87 - $30.36 per hour
