Job Overview

The Supervisor supports store leadership by driving daily operations, ensuring brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role helps lead the team, motivates associates, and ensures both sales and operational goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution and guest readiness.

• Support the management team in driving sales, achieving performance goals, and delivering excellent service.

• Supervise associates during shifts, providing direction, coaching, and feedback.

• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.

• Oversee stock replenishment, markdowns, and salesfloor organization.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
