Supply Chain Manager

Primary Function:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will effectively utilize advanced software technologies, particularly warehouse management systems (WMS), to monitor key performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment ratios, and warehouse productivity. This role requires an individual with excellent leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities to streamline workflows, simplify processes, and maximize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track essential performance metrics using advanced software technologies, especially WMS.
• Optimize warehouse operations by maintaining inventory precision, improving order fulfillment ratios, and enhancing overall productivity.
• Implement and uphold safety and security procedures through regular inspections and audits of both physical and digital security measures.
• Direct and monitor the performance of a team comprising 15-20 members.
• Conduct thorough and regular reviews to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or weaknesses.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for automated inventory control, order tracking, and shipping.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to direct and mentor a team of 15-20 personnel.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

• Ability to adapt and explore new premises on foot, particularly during warehouse expansion.
• Background in distribution management with a readiness to take on challenges in production or manufacturing.
