Role Overview

As a Tax Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end tax filing process, ensuring accurate and efficient tax operations. This position involves coordinating workflow, processing tax documents, supporting tax professionals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will help optimize processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process tax-related documentation accurately and timely.

• Support tax professionals with workflow coordination, calculations, and research.

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all tax operations.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Assist in resolving client and operational inquiries regarding tax filings.

• Monitor operational metrics and support process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members across tax preparation, customer support, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

• Familiarity with tax preparation software and operational workflows.

• Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations preferred.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
