Role Overview

As a Tax Services Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between clients and TurboTax tax professionals, ensuring seamless communication, accurate tax documentation, and efficient service delivery. You will help manage tax preparation workflows and support both clients and internal teams in providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax services for individual and business clients from intake to filing.

• Collect, review, and organize client tax documents and ensure completeness.

• Assist clients with questions about tax filings, forms, and software usage.

• Support tax professionals by preparing documentation, verifying accuracy, and facilitating smooth workflow.

• Track deadlines, appointments, and client follow-ups to ensure timely service.

• Identify and escalate complex tax or client issues to senior advisors.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, client support, and tax advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

• Experience in tax preparation, accounting, or client services preferred.

• Familiarity with tax software and basic tax regulations.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
