Role Overview

As a Tax Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to tax professionals and clients by assisting with tax preparation, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and accurate filing process. This role bridges operational efficiency and client satisfaction, helping TurboTax deliver a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to tax professionals during tax preparation and filing.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding tax returns, forms, and software usage.

• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

• Assist in resolving client issues and escalating complex cases as needed.

• Maintain organized records of client interactions, filings, and follow-ups.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, customer support, and tax advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

• Familiarity with tax preparation software and basic tax regulations.

• Experience in customer service or support in a financial or tax environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
