Technical Assembler

Job Description:

Our organization is hiring for an ambitious Technical Assembler to join our team. This role offers cross-training in several areas including press brake, CNC laser, CNC mill, electrical wiring assembly, deburring, mechanical assembly, spot welding, and more. You will handle parts that typically weigh 10lbs or less, occasionally up to 30lbs, testing their functions and ensuring that production goals are met.

Responsibilites:

• The selected candidates will be utilizing a range of specialized equipment and manual hand tools to construct circuit boards and sub-components that are used extensively in multiple sectors.

• Screwdrivers, wrenches, and torque drivers form a crucial part of the hand tools family.
• The printing of solder paste and minuscule parts will be carried out using production machinery.
• Using computers, candidates will access detailed instructions on assembling items, which they must adhere to.
• To acquire the correct guidance, it is necessary to be able to log into several programs simultaneously.
• The factory floor is maintained at a constant temperature and humidity of 70 degrees to regulate the perfect working condition:
• The manufacturing process involves the use of machines and technology to produce goods

Qualifications:

• If an applicant has 1-2 years of soldering knowledge, it can result in a more lucrative starting pay
• Experience Level:Entry Level
