Job Description:

We are in search of a proficient Technical Brazer to become a member of our crew. The individual will execute brazing techniques on different elements, ensuring optimal standards and strict adherence to safety protocols. This profession mandates precision, keen observation, and the capacity to operate comfortably in a swiftly moving atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Joining metal components together through melting is typically achieved through torch brazing methods.
• Turn on the gas supply and light the torch carefully, following proper lighting procedures.
• Before brazing, clean and prepare metal surfaces and make sure they are aligned and fitted correctly.
• Achieve the intended strength and quality of joints by regulating and observing the brazing process.
• Carefully examine the finished brazed joints for any defects and confirm that they meet specifications.
• Consistent maintenance and troubleshooting of your brazing equipment is key to keeping it functioning at an optimal level while minimizing safety hazards.
• To minimize the risk of accidents and injuries, ensure that you are following all applicable safety protocols and guidelines.
• Work in tandem with managers and peers to achieve production targets and adhere to deadlines.
• Ensure meticulous upkeep of the records of work performed and the materials utilized to avoid discrepancies.

Qualifications:
