Job Summary of Temporary Aide:

Work alongside teachers to assist students with their educational tasks, uphold classroom discipline, and deliver personalized aid when needed. Encourage the scholastic and individual advancement of students, particularly those with specialized learning needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Temporary Aide:

• Furnish instructional aid to students individually or in small group settings.
• Provide assistance in maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere through effective classroom management.
• Organize materials and provide assistance with office tasks.
• Watch over students in diverse school settings, like eating areas, recreational zones, and external educational trips.
• Give aid to students with individualized accommodations based on their IEPs or 504 Plans.
• Provide assistance for students in meeting their academic, personal, and emotional needs.
• Fulfill other duties as deemed necessary by the teacher or the school administration.

Qualifications and Experience of Temporary Aide:

• Meeting the educational requirement often involves obtaining a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
• Competence in English proficiency across all language domains.
