Job Summary of Temporary Education Aide:

Aid educators by offering instructional reinforcement and support to students, including those with special needs, to contribute to their academic and personal advancement while upholding a positive learning environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Temporary Education Aide:

• Provide extra guidance and assistance to students either one-on-one or in smaller, more focused settings.
• Help teachers with the coordination of activities and monitoring of students in the classroom.
• Arrange materials and assemble tools for educational projects.
• Monitor students while they are in different areas of the school, such as the cafeteria, playground, and during off-campus activities.
• Address the physical, academic, and emotional needs of students.
• Aid students with special requirements in alignment with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Accommodation Plans.
• Carry out supplementary tasks as requested by teachers and school administrators.

Qualifications and Experience of Temporary Education Aide:

• Successful completion of high school education or qualification through the GED program.
• Adeptness in spoken, written, and reading skills in the English language.
