Job Summary of Temporary Student Support:

Help educators in guiding students through instructional tasks, ensuring classroom management, and offering personalized assistance. Support students in their academic and personal advancement, especially those requiring special accommodations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Temporary Student Support:

• Offer personalized instructional support to students in one-on-one sessions or small group settings.
• Support in upholding a positive learning atmosphere through effective strategies for classroom management.
• Aid in organizing materials and assisting with administrative responsibilities.
• Guide students in different school scenarios, which may include meal spaces, recreational facilities, and external learning experiences.
• Aid students in accordance with the tailored provisions detailed in their IEPs or 504 Plans.
• Help students with their educational, individual, and emotional requirements.
• Fulfill other duties as deemed necessary by the teacher or the school administration.

Qualifications and Experience of Temporary Student Support:

• Meeting the educational requirement often involves obtaining a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
• Proficient in English language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
