As a Territory Sales Associate, you will support territory growth by building relationships with retailers, educating them about our platform, and driving sales. This role is perfect for someone with strong people skills, a passion for consumer products, and the drive to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of retail accounts within your assigned territory.

• Introduce new retailers to the RepRally platform and help them understand the value of our catalog and brand partnerships.

• Support account growth by regularly visiting stores, following up on needs, and securing orders.

• Stay up to date on RepRally's brand catalog, promotions, and training sessions to pitch products effectively.

• Process sales orders through the RepRally app and consistently work toward achieving sales goals.

• Collaborate with regional leaders on account planning, pipeline growth, and sales strategies.

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to retailer inquiries in person, by phone, or with support from the operations team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Self-starter who thrives in a field-based role and enjoys meeting customers in person.

• Excellent communication skills; phone etiquette is a plus.

• Comfortable using mobile sales tools or apps (training provided).

• Multilingual skills are an advantage.

• Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
