ABOUT THIS JOB

This role necessitates active enlistment in the U.S. Army or Army Reserve

As the Unit Supply Specialist, you'll be responsible for supervising and maintaining all Army supplies and equipment. You'll receive, inspect, inventory, load and unload, store, issue, and deliver all supplies and equipment. You'll also safely secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas.

Acquire expertise in maintaining records, managing stock, and handling weapons effectively. Furthermore, you could earn 9 certifications that are nationally acknowledged

JOB DUTIES

• Overseeing the manual transfer of supplies, equipment, and ammunition during loading and unloading tasks
• The practice of inventory control revolves around monitoring goods and maintaining their availability
• Munitions Oversight: Regulating and protecting ammunition and firearms within secure zones
• Ensuring the proper upkeep and accuracy of supply documents, such as the Property Book, to support efficient inventory management

REQUIREMENTS

• Ten weeks of introductory military education and physical training
• Advanced Individual Training is completed within an 8-week timeframe
• U.S. Citizen
• Persons aged 17 through 34
• Achieving a high school diploma or GED credential acknowledges the successful fulfillment of educational requirements at the secondary level
• Meet Tattoo Guidelines
• There is a lack of major law violations evident
• No Medical Concerns
