Vehicle Service Associate

Job Overview

As a Vehicle Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customers. This role combines hands-on vehicle care with customer service, supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced automotive or rental environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and safety compliance

• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to company standards

• Refill fluids and perform basic maintenance checks (oil, tire pressure, etc.)

• Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot or service area

• Assist customers with vehicle pick-up and return processes

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
