Visual Lab Associate

Job Overview

The Visual Lab Associate supports the Visual Merchandising and Creative teams by preparing, organizing, and maintaining samples, props, and displays used for creative projects, floor sets, and brand presentations. This role plays a key part in ensuring visual standards are upheld across all creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of samples, props, signage, and visual elements for photo shoots, floor sets, and in-store displays.

• Maintain the visual lab’s cleanliness, order, and inventory of props, fixtures, and creative tools.

• Ensure samples and visual materials are properly labeled, documented, and tracked for cross-functional use.

• Support the Visual Merchandising team in mock-ups, display builds, and packaging presentations.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of all visual and creative assets.

• Provide general support to the Visual team, including setup, breakdown, and transportation of visual materials.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

• Prior experience in visual merchandising, creative support, or retail operations is a plus.
