Wealth Management Advisor

About the Role

The Wealth Management Advisor II serves as a trusted advisor to Private Bank clients, simplifying financial complexity and guiding them to achieve their wealth goals. This role collaborates with highly credentialed specialists to provide wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services while ensuring the delivery of an exceptional Private Bank client experience.

General Function

• Act as the primary point of contact and advisor for Private Bank clients.

• Lead and coordinate a team of specialists to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.

• Ensure client service standards are consistently executed across all interactions.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks while operating within the Bank’s risk appetite.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and maintain internal and external centers of influence to cultivate new client opportunities.

• Utilize the Life360 Discovery process to profile clients and identify opportunities for AUM, loans, deposits, estate planning, and wealth planning.

• Serve as a Core Team Member for One Bank to identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships.

• Develop and execute a personal business plan to achieve revenue and business objectives.

• Apply consultative and advice-driven sales approaches to manage client relationships.

Client Experience & Service

• Coordinate team efforts to ensure consistent delivery of Private Bank experience standards.

• Collaborate with specialists and third-party advisors to provide comprehensive, client-centric solutions.

• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain ongoing communication to ensure client goals are met.

• Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Monitor and manage overall profitability of client relationships.

• Document client interactions, recommendations, and progress in CRM systems.

Other Responsibilities

• Operate effectively in both individual accountability and team-based performance environments.

• Build strong relationships internally and externally to support growth and financial results.

• Participate in professional and community organizations to expand networks.

• Support ongoing personal and team development as needed.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience.

• CFP, CFA, or CPWA industry certification preferred and required within 24 months (36 months for CFA) of start date. JD or CPA also acceptable.

• Required state life and health insurance licenses in accordance with licensing guidelines.

• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services industry.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and related software.

• S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) required at hire.
