Job Description:

The person will be responsible for performing brazing operations on various constituents, ensuring top-tier standards and adherence to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• The process of fusing metal parts is often accomplished through torch brazing techniques.
• Confirm that the regulator settings on the brazing torch are at the recommended pressure level for the type of brazing being performed.
• Properly align and fit metal surfaces before brazing by thoroughly cleaning and preparing them.
• Use techniques to manage and monitor the brazing process to achieve the targeted joint strength and quality.
• Conduct a thorough inspection of the brazed joints upon completion to identify any deficiencies and ensure they meet all specifications.
• Failure to maintain and troubleshoot your brazing equipment can put your safety and productivity at risk, so it's essential to stay on top of these tasks.
• By following established safety protocols, you can significantly reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.
• Participate in teamwork with colleagues and superiors to attain production objectives and comply with schedules.
• Habitually recording all performed activities and consumed items is vital for maintaining accurate records.
• Take part in continuous improvement activities to optimize brazing processes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Having technical training or certification in brazing, in addition to having finished high school or earned an equivalent degree, is advantageous.
