Position Summary

The Night Crew Lead oversees the overnight operations of the Grocery Department. Under the direction of store management, this position ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating stocking, organizing team workflow, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall productivity during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night crew team members and assign nightly tasks

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and organized

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards

• Train and guide crew members as needed

• Communicate effectively with store leadership and day crew

• Promote safety and security during all overnight operations

• Serve as a role model of professionalism and ethical behavior

Requirements

• Prior retail or night crew leadership experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Able to lift, stand, bend, walk, and kneel for extended periods

• Visual and auditory ability to effectively perform job duties
