Role Overview

As a Personal Tax Expert, you'll assist clients with preparing and filing personal tax returns, offering guidance on deductions, credits, and tax planning. You’ll simplify complex tax topics and provide exceptional customer service both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual tax returns accurately.

• Advise clients on tax deductions, credits, and planning strategies.

• Address client questions and resolve tax-related issues.

• Build lasting client relationships through professionalism and trust.

• Deliver an outstanding client experience using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• CPA, EA, or practicing attorney with personal tax expertise.

• Active PTIN.

• Minimum 2 years experience preparing individual tax returns with professional software.

• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
