Job Summary

Are you a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality? We're seeking a General Manager who will take full ownership of the restaurant’s performance and team culture. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to inspire a team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in guest service, food quality, and cleanliness

• Lead, train, and develop team members and management staff

• Maintain a positive, high-performance work environment

• Drive sales and profitability by managing budgets, inventory, and labor

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations

• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly

• Foster a culture of hospitality, integrity, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities

• Strong operational knowledge, including scheduling, inventory, and P&L management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Passion for guest service and food quality

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
