Position Summary

As a Sales Consultant, you play a key role in creating an outstanding in-store experience. You are passionate about driving sales, delivering personalized service, and helping every guest find exactly what they need. With deep product knowledge and a people-first mindset, you build relationships, maximize business opportunities, and represent our brand with authenticity and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class guest experience by engaging customers with the AEO Selling Model.

• Drive sales by providing personalized styling, product education, and confident recommendations.

• Build strong guest relationships and encourage loyalty program enrollment to grow brand loyalty.

• Stay up to date on product knowledge and upcoming Floorsets to provide expert service.

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver store performance results.

• Assist across multiple zones (Salesfloor, Fitting Room, Cash & Wrap, Stockroom) as needed.

• Support visual merchandising, restocking, and operational tasks while maintaining brand standards.

• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for sales and customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
