Customer Sales & Profit encompasses the revenue and financial returns obtained from customer engagements

• Perfect the total customer experience in your store by monitoring and adjusting visual and commercial curation based on the provided guidelines
• Upholding a positive image of yourself and the H&M Brand in direct customer engagements is essential
• Team up with the Store Manager, Area Visual Manager, and Store teams to define, implement, and follow up on store visual and commercial objectives
• Oversee your VM team as they arrange, plan, and prioritize workload based on the store activation plan and make adjustments to align with business needs in coordination with the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager
• Assist the Store Management team and Area Visual Manager in launching and wrapping up the newest global campaigns and sales promotions in a timely manner, always in compliance with H&M Brand Standards
• Aid in the maintenance of clothing items, monitoring stock levels, and offering input on how to allocate inventory to Store Management and Area teams
• Carry out an evaluation of sales statistics (KPIs) to oversee performance, recognize, and sequence visual and business opportunities in conjunction with the Store Management team
• Their objective is to maximize customer satisfaction in order to hit sales targets, store objectives, budget, and subsequent measures in collaboration with the Store Management team
• Work alongside the Store Management team to oversee the implementation of operational routines, legal compliance, communication strategies, and best practices for OMNI services in every aspect of the store

Knowledge of trending fashion concepts and styles aids individuals in making fashion-forward decisions

• Be in tune with the fashion industry by staying informed on trends, styles, brands, and key influencers.
• Guide and support your visual merchandising team in incorporating dedicated time for fashion and trend awareness into their routine. By focusing on trend theory and mood boards for styling techniques and product presentation, they can better understand customer needs and elevate the shopping experience

Team & Development

• Motivate and educate your store employees to stay abreast of seasonal variations, fashion trends, pertinent visual and commercial insights, in-store messaging, and price perception management
• Support the VM and Store teams in honing their visual and commercial skills to maintain a high caliber of product presentation and commercial display per the provided guidelines
• Support & develop daily routines and best practices for your Store team to always ensure a consistent level of visual & commercial standard while maintaining customer service engagement
• Entrusted with overseeing the recruitment, orientation, performance review, training, and development of employees and fresh hires while working with the Store Manager and Area Team
• Cultivate a diverse workforce within your store to ensure a broad range of skills and perspectives to meet the changing needs of your business
• Organize, provide, and facilitate visual and commercial development programs for yourself and your coworkers
• Ensures that Store teams participate in Visual Competences & Commercial 4 All trainings aligned with the learning and development objectives set for different regions and sales markets
• Contribute to the Sales Market and Area teams by facilitating the acquisition of talent required for expanding store projects

Activation of visual and commercial initiatives

• The role involves managing the visual and commercial elements within the store through the organization of displays, merchandise arrangement, and styling decisions that coincide with the commercial calendar, stock distribution, store promotions, and trend assessments while following specific visual and commercial standards
• Direct your visual merchandising team in the consistent application of effective sample selecting processes, which encompass maintaining stockroom quantities of garments, accessories, and shoes, in order to manifest trend stories aligned with the creative and commercial inspirations
• Your VM team should focus on aligning their window and styling decisions with visual and commercial expectations to create an inspiring and commercially successful customer journey
• Enhance the customer flow by carefully organizing the commercial layout and fixtures to ensure that trending products are prominently displayed and tell a compelling story to shoppers
• The VM and Store teams need to maintain a robust equilibrium and regular maintenance of price signs in windows and all sections of the store as per the guidelines outlined by the Global strategy and Sales Market specifications
• Work together with the Facilities Management team to check that all lighting fixtures are functioning correctly, positioned to highlight our products and window displays throughout the store
• Care for all display forms and interior fixtures, bearing sustainability in consideration
• Coordinate with the Area Visual Manager to ensure the maintenance and updating of your store navigation according to the most recent guidelines and layout
• Make certain that your store is adequately supplied with products for sales, promotions, and other operations as per local requirements
• Observe the local security regulations by keeping the sales floor and storage area clean, organized, and hazard-free

The base salary expectation is set between $21.87 and $30.36 hourly
